The recent relocation to a new 36,000 sq ft purpose built production facility has significantly increased capacity and created the following process improvements:

• Installation of brand new process lines capable of bright anodising up to 3 metres in length & semi-bright anodising up to 4 metres to serve the Bathroom & Shower industry

• Increased flat bed polishing and hand polishing capacity

• Increased capacity on our Aluminium Coil Strip process line

• Greater capacity on our Hard Anodising line to encompass sizes up to 4 metres in length

• New larger process tanks have been installed on our Chromate Conversion line

• Semi automatic precision cutting equipment enables us to offer a cutting service for extrusions

• The introduction of a collection and delivery service for our customers
